To initiate your account deletion, please send an email to our support team:

In your email, please include:

• Your registered email address.
• Your username (if applicable).
• A clear statement requesting "Account Deletion".
• (Optional) A brief reason for your deletion request.

This allows us to process your request efficiently and comply with our legal obligations.

For security purposes and to protect your data, we are required to verify your identity before processing your deletion request. This is to ensure that only the legitimate account holder can request deletion of their data.

You may be asked to provide additional information or respond to an email from our support team to confirm your identity. Please ensure you provide an email address associated with your account so we can reach you for verification.

Once your identity has been successfully verified, we will proceed with the deletion of your account and associated personal data.

In accordance with GDPR Article 17, we will endeavor to process your request without undue delay. You will typically receive a confirmation of deletion within **1 month** of your verified request. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further two months, in which case we will inform you of the delay and the reasons for it.

Please note that some data may need to be retained for a limited period due to legal obligations (e.g., tax or commercial law requirements for up to 10 years). However, this retained data will be anonymized or restricted from processing for any other purposes.

Please be aware of the following consequences once your account is deleted:

• All personal data directly associated with your account will be removed from our active systems.
• Your access to services requiring an account will be terminated.
• Your order history, preferences, and any saved content will be permanently lost.
• This action is irreversible for most data. Once deleted, your account and most associated data cannot be recovered.
