We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. **Our Reimbursement Policy for Unexpected Import Charges:**

To minimize any potential inconvenience or dissatisfaction, innotronix.org offers a goodwill reimbursement for unexpected import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees **that were not clearly indicated at the time of purchase** and were incurred for goods received. Should you be charged any such additional fees upon delivery, please follow these steps for reimbursement:

7. Important Shipping Notes

  • No Delivery to Packstations: Due to the nature of our international shipping partners and to ensure reliable delivery, we generally **do not offer delivery to DHL Packstations** or similar automated parcel locker services in Germany or other countries. Please provide a standard residential or business address for delivery.
  • Delivery Attempts & Unclaimed Packages: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful or a package remains unclaimed, it may be returned to the sender. In such cases, **you (the buyer) will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for re-delivery or for the return shipping fees** if the item is not re-shipped. We advise you to closely monitor your tracking information and arrange for timely receipt of your package.
  • Address Accuracy: It is crucial that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for undelivered or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges for re-delivery due to address errors will be borne by the customer.
  • No Guaranteed Express Shipping: While some suppliers may offer faster shipping options, a universally guaranteed "Express Shipping" with specific delivery times is **not a standard offering for all products** due to varying origins and logistics. 8. Damage or Loss During Transit
